How can I be sure that an artwork is authentic?

Our selected clients are among the most reputable and reliable. We are very proud of our partnerships and can guarantee that every artwork listed on STUDIO/626 comes from a trusted and valued partner. Most of the works for sale are signed by the artist, others have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

Do you provide framing services for purchased artworks?

If you are interested in framing your purchased artwork, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will source a reputable framing service to you.

Am I able to view an artwork in person before purchasing it?

Our listed works are located in many different countries across the world, so it is not always possible for us to facilitate a viewing prior to the purchase. However, if a particular work is located near you, we may be able to arrange an appointment – please contact us with your requests, we can then review and respond as soon as possible.

Will I recieve an invoice for my purchase?

We will provide you with an electronic invoice via E-mail once your order is confirmed.

Am I required to pay import duty on my artwork?

When an artwork is shipped across national borders, additional taxes may apply, referred to as import or customs duties; the terms of these taxes may vary depending on the regulations of the country and the product being shipped. If both the owner and buyer reside within the EU, no import taxes will apply, and artwork shipped to the US from other countries is also free of import duties in most cases. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific tax rates or amounts for the items we list. Therefore, please check with your local customs office for further details on applicable duties and taxes.

Am I able to return or cancel an order once completed?

You are entitled to the statutory right of cancellation. To be sure in which cases you can return the art you purchased from us, please take a look at point 15 of our Terms of Use.
